A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates the search tool. Clark County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its handling of the query.
Emails and contact-form messages may include a name, address, and any details the sender chooses to provide. We retain that material as needed to answer the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Information
Routine technical records may be created when a page loads. They can include:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring website, when provided
- Date and time stamps

The service is intended for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contact Us page to request deletion.

Subject to applicable law and verification, a person may:
- Ask for a copy of personal data we hold
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Ask that eligible information be erased
- Opt out of certain processing when that choice applies
These requests concern data held by this private site. Official records held by CCSO, Meade County, Kansas courts, or KDOC are governed by the relevant custodian and Kansas law, including the Kansas Open Records Act, K.S.A. 45-215 through 45-223.

This Privacy Notice may be revised as practices, technology, or legal duties change. A revised version takes effect when posted here with its new effective date.
